Ori Elan, Founder & CEO
Responsible for global corporate operations, Ori Elan initiated the development of Backlife in response to his father's own back problems. With degrees in law an business administration from the prestigious Interdisciplinary Center Hertzliya (Israel) and the rank of Capitan in the Israeli Naval Reserves, he brings a rich and varied background to the company and its entire range of activities.

Daniel Elan, Director
A senior Captain with El Al Israel Airlines, it was Daniel Elan's own chronic back pain that threatened to end his flying career and fueled the development drive that led to the creation of Backlife. In addition to his continuing work in aviation, Elan is active in real estate management.

Ofir Neuman, Marketing Director
Overseeing corporate marketing operations, Ofir Neuman is an experienced senior consultant in marketing and distribution. Formerly a trade marketing specialist at Wrigley, Neuman holds graduate and post-graduate degrees in international business studies and marketing from the Newcastle Business School in the UK.
